Tap on Free and install it to your iPhone 4 using your Apple ID and Password. After which please follow the details from the app.

If you got/purchased your iPhone 4 before 23rd July 2010, you must register before 22nd August 2010 to qualify for the iPhone 4 Case Program.

Please note that you need to get/purchase your iPhone 4 before 30 September 2010 to qualify for this iPhone 4 Case Program.
